Refund Policy

Enrolment deposits are generally non-refundable once a position has been reserved, except where required by law or where Sparks Gymnastics Club Pty Ltd determines otherwise in its discretion.

Merchandise may be eligible for replacement or refund if the item is faulty, not as described, or required under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns for merchandise are not guaranteed. Any approved return must be unused, in original condition, and requested within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
